Description The PICK-UP Sampler is born in 1996. It uses a revolutionary concept which allows it to simulate a gravitational sampling thanks to a suction system. The sample taking is made on the whole part of the grain during the probe descent. At the bottom of the tipping, an adjustable temporisation allows the "assisted gravity" to take the deepest grain.

The sample taking continues during the raising. The volume of the taking sample is adjustable from 1 to 4 kg. The sampling mode is adjustable mechanically or electronically. The complete cycle time till reception of the sample is adjustable from 10 to 40 seconds depending on the transportation grain pneumatic circuit length (till 75 meters). A remote control allows to control the sampler. The PICK-UP fits all kind of grains, even with a very high moisture content, to pellets, granulates, etc. The length of the can support is adjustable when installing (radius from 2 to 3 meters). The sampler can be equiped in option with a telescopic arm of 1,3 m length. The sampling point can be choosen with high precision. The column machine support, putted in rotation at its higher part is strongly anchored on a concrete base.

Maintenance is quasi useless thanks to its quasi total electrical motorisation. The PICK-UP is made to be integrated in a fully automatic reception chain GESTAR®. Several automatic chains
from Tripette & Renaud are already functioning.
