The Whole Grain Analyzer
provides an accurate measurement of multiple constituents
(protein, fat/oil, moisture, sugar, etc.) within
45 seconds, and is simple to operate. Just pour
the grain in the sample holder, insert holder
in analyzer and analyze.
The ZX-50 PGA is designed to meet the needs of
those people who would like to know more than
moisture about their crop. |
 |
The ZX-50 provides a rapid and cost effective analysis
of protein and moisture content, thereby enabling the
Professional Farmer to maximise profits through correct
segregation and blending of grains. Equally valuable
the ZX-50 can be used to screen loads of grain quickly
to segregate the grain for processing and milling accurately
and efficiently.

Imagine being able to measure the true moisture and temperature
of your grain while it was still inside the drier, and still
be able to do something about it.
The Sinar DM system allows you to do just that. It gives
you the information you need to be able to make the correct
drying decisions in your continuous flow or batch drier.
The Sinar DM system uses a unique sensor configuration designed
specifically to cope with the harsh environment found inside
grain dryers. The sensor is easily mounted using several bolts,
and one 4-core cable is run back to the display unit that
can be up to 100m from the sensor.
From the display unit, which is powered from a 240v AC supply,
the operator can:
 |
Display the moisture using
the specific calibration for the crop currently in the
dryer. The reading is automatically updated every 4 secs. |
 |
Display the temperature of the grain |
 |
Average the readings taken so far |
 |
Output to a data logger/computer |
The calibrations can be adjusted using the keypad on the
display, and new calibrations can be easily added at a later
date.
